Pricing

It is noted that the COMPANY may withdraw and not fulfill an order, without justification, while in this case the price that may have already been collected will be refunded.
Shipping Products

Our COMPANY makes every effort to send the products to its customers within the specified time, but in case of delay for any reason, the COMPANY does not acknowledge the existence of any responsibility. The delivery of a large weight (mass) or a large volume of products in the areas inside and outside Athens, will take place on the sidewalk.

Most of the products in our catalogs (electronic or printed catalogs) are available in our warehouses or in the warehouses of our suppliers. Normal delivery time is defined as 1-3 working days. In different cases, where our products are not immediately available, you will be informed by the managers of the COMPANY. For products marked with the indication of availability: "upon order", the advance payment of the total value of the order will be requested to be executed and completed.
Risk of Product Damage or Destruction
Shipped products are covered by insurance for damage or loss during transport. The validity of this security ceases to exist from the moment of delivery of the product to the customer.
Product Returns / Withdrawal
To avoid your own inconvenience, we would recommend that you pay attention at the time of delivery - receipt of your order, that you make sure that the condition of the product sold and its packaging are intact, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as incorrect product shipping, broken product, defective parts etc. Returns of products that have been sold through the Website of our COMPANY are provided in the cases listed in the paragraphs below.
Right of Withdrawal: According to the provisions of European Union legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably and return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, with a full refund of the amount paid for its acquisition. The product must be in its original condition, not used, its packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer. The right of withdrawal excludes cases in which an advance payment has been given, by any method of payment, for orders containing products with an indication of availability: "upon order". Also, we may not accept returns for certain products due to health safety reasons (indicatively we mention some of the products, which do not fall under the right of withdrawal: underwear, earrings etc.). The withdrawal right period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of receipt of the products. However, if the end of the withdrawal period coincides with a holiday, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
How to cancel a purchase: You must notify the COMPANY of your request to cancel your purchase. It is not enough to just return the products. On the COMPANY Website you will find a contact form with which you can inform us of your decision, without however having to use it. You can notify us at the same time as the return of the products, for example, by adding a written statement to the products you return by mail, by sending an email or by using the contact form on the COMPANY Website. You must return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days after notifying us.
Cases of Defective / Problematic Products: 1. In case of a defective product in terms of its operation, the customer has the right to free repair of the product, replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement with another model of her choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contact with the store is necessary), to a reduction of the price or a withdrawal with full refund within the stipulated duration of the provided warranty (minimum duration 2 years). In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer / consumer until the defect of the product / service is verified by the COMPANY or the respective suppliers of the COMPANY. If the product proves to be defective, the COMPANY in turn must return in full any costs incurred.
2. In case of a damaged product or a product that was hit, the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one, or replacement with another model of her choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contact with the store is necessary) provided that the product has been inspected upon receipt, in the presence of the carrier (note that the carrier is obliged to remain present during the unsealing process of the products). In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer / consumer until the defect of the product / service is verified by the COMPANY or the respective suppliers of the COMPANY. If the product proves to be defective, the COMPANY in turn must return in full any costs incurred.
3. In case of incorrect shipment of product, which will be due to the COMPANY or its suppliers / partners, the customer will have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, not used, its packaging must be intact and it must contain the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the COMPANY.
In the above cases, the customer will be responsible for the loss or deterioration of the products until their return to the COMPANY. Therefore, we recommend that the returns be made either by registered mail of ELTA (Hellenic Post), or by using courier services. It is noted that for any product return, prior communication and consultation with the COMPANY is necessary.
Minors
The use of the Website by persons who have not completed the 18th year of age or do not have the legal capacity required by law is prohibited.
General Terms and Conditions of Use
If any of the above Terms and Conditions of Use are deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that term will be deemed not to have been written, but without affecting the enforceability and validity of the other terms.
