Return Policy
If the customer wishes to return her product, this can happen within 14 days from the day she received it, by sending an email to sales@bottegaesperia.com. Don't forget to mention your order code and a brief reason for your return or exchange. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in the original state. We do not provide the possibility of return or exchange for international orders.
We accept return as long as the items you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, in other words, in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. For obvious health safety reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.
Once the return is accepted, the customer can request a refund of the purchase or buy another product from our e-shop. In case the new purchase exceeds the amount of the returned product, then the customer is charged the relevant difference.
In case of returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Discounted products are non-refundable. Acceptable exchange with another product.
The same conditions apply in case the customer wishes to change the product to another size. In case a product is defective upon delivery, the customer has the opportunity to return it, with all return charges covered by Bottega Esperia, and to ask for a refund of the purchase money, if she does not wish to replace it with another product. The product is considered defective only if it has not been used. All products are checked by Bottega Esperia before shipment.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date that returned items have been checked and accepted.
