Return Policy

Free Return on Your First Order!

We want your first experience with Bottega Esperia to be comfortable and stress-free. That’s why we offer free return on your first order, in case you need to return or exchange a product.

For subsequent orders, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If the customer wishes to return her product, this can happen within 14 days from the day she received it, by sending an email to sales@bottegaesperia.com or by calling +30 6940995505. We do not provide the possibility of return or exchange for international orders.

Returns are accepted only if the product has not been used, has not been damaged (such as washed, torn, altered in any way), and the original tag is still attached. For hygiene reasons, returns on earrings are not accepted.

Once the return is approved, the customer may request a refund or select another product. If the new purchase exceeds the value of the returned item, the customer is responsible for covering the price difference.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date the returned items are inspected and accepted.
